Bitcoin Price Predictions for 2025: What to Expect

A leading cryptocurrency firm has forecasted that Bitcoin price would surge next year, driven by President-elect Donald Trump’s proposal for a US Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

Crypto company Blockware Solutions sees that Bitcoin could soar to $400,000 per coin in a bullish market if the proposed BTC reserve materializes, while it could still reach $150,000 in a bearish trend if the proposal does not go through.

Price Surge In 2025

According to Blockware Solutions, the price of Bitcoin is expected to soar next year, ranging from $150,000 to $400,000. The fluctuating price per coin will largely be shaped by key economic and political factors.

The firm explained that the proposed Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, Federal Reserve policies under the Trump administration, and corporate adoption will all significantly influence the price of Bitcoin. Regardless of the scenario, the company asserts that Bitcoin’s value will be substantially higher than its current level.

Currently priced at $94,981, Blockware Solutions predicts a price trajectory where Bitcoin could skyrocket by more than 300% to $400,000 in a bull market or see an increase of 58% to $150,000 in a bear market.

Last year, Blockware Solutions accurately predicted Bitcoin would hit $100,000 in 2024, and they have once again set their sights on a significant price increase for next year. They believe Bitcoin will surely rise in 2025, but the extent of the increase—be it moderate or dramatic—will depend on various economic and political developments.

Possible Scenarios

Blockware Solutions enumerated three potential scenarios for Bitcoin’s price trajectory in the upcoming year.

In a bearish scenario, Bitcoin is projected to increase by 58% to $150,000, contingent upon the new administration’s decision regarding the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

Blockware Solutions outlined that other contributing factors to the bearish market could include a reversal of Federal Reserve policies regarding rate cuts or aggressive selling by long-term cryptocurrency holders.

In a base case scenario, Bitcoin could rise by 137% to approximately $225,000 per coin if existing US Bitcoin assets are converted into the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

$20 Billion In Bitcoin

The US government stands out as one of the largest holders of Bitcoin, with an estimated possession of over 200,000 coins, collectively valued at about $20 billion.

Blockware Solutions further stated that a potential decrease in interest rates by the Federal Reserve at a projected pace, along with sustained corporate adoption of Bitcoin, are integral components of this outlook.

Conversely, in a bullish scenario, Blockware predicts Bitcoin’s price may escalate by a staggering 320% to reach $400,000 if the US not only establishes the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve but also begins purchasing additional Bitcoins. This bullish condition could be intensified if the Federal Reserve adopts a more dovish stance as CPI declines and the pace of corporate Bitcoin adoption accelerates.
