Dublin, Ireland, May 25th, 2025
AB Charity Foundation (AB Foundation X AB Blockchain) has officially announced the inclusion of ten prominent statespersons and global affairs specialists within its Senior Advisory Board. This strategic enhancement aims to strengthen the Foundation’s initiatives in advancing technology-enabled philanthropy and fostering global collaborations.
The expansion of the advisory board now encompasses a diverse network that stretches across five continents, including nearly thirty former and sitting heads of state, leaders of international organizations, and distinguished policy experts. Together, they form a formidable “Global Philanthropy Strategy Engine,” capable of driving impactful change across various sectors.
Bertie Ahern, Chairman of the Foundation and former Prime Minister of Ireland, expressed enthusiasm over the new appointments. “We welcome these visionary and action-oriented advisors to AB. ‘Tech for Good’ is a global cooperative endeavor—only by combining governance expertise with technological innovation can we build a trusted, inclusive, and sustainable global philanthropy ecosystem,” said Ahern.
Continuing its mission, AB Charity Foundation is dedicated to further broadening its governance network and collaborating closely with the United Nations system, international NGOs, governmental bodies, and leading technology firms.
